Finish your shift and get paid
You’ve finished your HUSL, now get your flow – cash flow. Once your hours are confirmed by a manager, you’re set to get paid. No waiting 2 weeks, no payroll cycle, no paper checks. *The first payment may take 7-9 business days while we verify your account. Following payments will take 48 hours, keeping in mind business days and holidays.
How it works – the HUSL way
Employers invite workers to pick up shifts
Employers make shift requests through HUSL. Workers available for the shift hours listed and eligible for the specific roles needed are notified.
Shifts are filled
HUSL workers review shift details and accept or decline choosing when and where they work. Before clocking in, HUSL will provide uniform requirements and training videos.
Review the shift
HUSL believes in two-way feedback. After shifts are completed the manager and worker provide feedback – it lets us match the best people to each shift, and builds brands among the HUSL community.
